Our facility is designed for one patient at a time — a calm, confidential environment with a heated pool, paediatric and adult treatment rooms, on-site change rooms, and safe parking.
The pool
The heated pool is the heart of the practice. We keep it at a comfortable temperature that lets muscles soften and helps reduce the load through painful joints. Pool entry is supported and the environment is private — no public swimmers, no shared lanes, just you and your physiotherapist.
Treatment rooms
We have separate spaces for paediatric and adult work. The paediatric room is set up for MAES and NDT — wall-mounted rolls, hoops, mats, and a padded table at the right height for hands-on work with children. Adult treatment rooms are equipped with an electric treatment table and the clinical references we use in assessment.
Accessibility
Accessibility details (step-free access, accessible change rooms, pool entry options) are being confirmed with the practice. Please contact us before your first session if you have specific access requirements — we'd rather know in advance so we can plan with you.
Parking
Safe on-site parking is available.
