What patients say

In their words

Highly recommend this practice, I had a serious shoulder and neck injury, but after a session with Pearla and her team, the pain has disappeared and hasn't come back since. The facilities are neat and hygienic and there is safe parking. Well done Pearla and team!

Sasha did a full analysis of my body and picked up things that I wasn't even aware of; we rectified them, I am getting stronger every day, with every session, every week. I couldn't recommend them enough!
— Kevin
This is genuinely the first physio that I have ever gone to where I feel like it actually made a difference and relieved my pain, restoring mobility quickly. They have a very personal, hands-on approach which is a game changer as you feel they genuinely care about their patients.

Quick answers

Common questions

Do I need a referral to book?

No — most patients book directly. If you have a referral letter from a doctor, please bring it along for our first session so we can plan your care together.

What should I bring to a session?

Swimwear and a towel for aquatic sessions, comfortable clothing you can move in for land sessions. Bring your ID and medical aid card if you would like an invoice for self-submission.

How long is a first appointment?

First appointments are about 45 minutes — a thorough assessment, gentle hands-on examination, and a plan we build together for your recovery journey.
