Your first visit
What to expect
A walk-through of how your first visit works — from booking through to the plan you leave with.
- 1
Book online or by phone
Choose a slot via our booking calendar, or call us if you'd like to talk it through first.
- 2
A short pre-visit note
We'll send a confirmation with what to bring and how to find us. For paediatric appointments we may ask a few questions in advance so we're ready for your child.
- 3
Arrival
Park on-site, come in, and we'll meet you in the waiting area. We give ourselves enough time between appointments that you won't feel rushed.
- 4
Assessment
About 45 minutes for a first session. We'll listen first, then look at movement, strength, and any specifics relevant to your situation.
- 5
A plan we build together
You leave with a clear sense of what comes next — what we'll do in our sessions and what you can do between them.
What to bring
- Aquatic sessions: swimwear, a towel, flip-flops if you like.
- Land sessions: comfortable clothing you can move in.
- Your ID and medical-aid card (if you'd like an invoice for self-submission).
- Any referral letter or scan reports from a doctor — useful but not required.
- A list of medications you currently take.
- For paediatric visits: anything that helps your child feel comfortable.
